Shipping Policy

All ready-to-ship domestic orders will be shipped 2-5 business days after purchase. Made to Order items will be shipped after the alloted production time. Everything is shipped through USPS Priority with included $100 insurance. International orders are shipped through Your choice of carrier. Tracking for every item is included and will be sent via email you provide. 

GXD JEWELRY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for items damaged during shipment, lost items from courier, or for items held through international customs. If item is damaged or lost- please contact the CLAIMS department of chosen courier service. 

DELIVERY SIGNATURES are included with items over $500 to insure that your jewelry makes it to you and your specific delivery address. 
If you would like EXTRA insurance - please contact me directly as there are extra charges depending on the amount of insurance you would like to purchase
